"Rating: Excellent - Although I thought of it a month earlier, I found myself in need of a seat belt extender on the Monday before my Thursday flight to WDW. On the web, I found two dealers. One has an ecommerce website with all the bells and wistles including SSL (security for credit card ordering). The other, Airline Extenders, LLC., only had an email address to send your information to. This made me aprehensive, but their promise to deliver the extender to me within 3 days at a cost of around $10 less than their competitor, I could not pass on. AND THEY DID IT. We avoided the uncomfortable experience of asking the airline for an extender, and I came out the hero who thought of everything for our WDW trip (except you need at least 6 days for WDW). Their website needs work, but their service is EXCELLENT. I will order another extender for my August trip on Southwest Airlines to San Diego." - K.P.
